At Matrix Guitar Academy, the goal is not to learn scales and play riffs.
It is to help players develop the fullest and deepest understanding of music so they have everything they need to express themselves musically through the guitar.

Bryan Chung founded Matrix Guitar Academy with
one clear mission:
To create the most holistic guitar education platform by combining structured learning pathways, credible methodologies, and practical musicianship into
one connected learning system.
His teaching philosophy goes beyond simply
jamming riffs or memorising shapes.
Students develop strong foundations, train their ears through transcription, understand the language behind different styles, building the ultimate musical toolkit to become
independent learners and competent musicians.
Matrix isn’t about shortcuts. It’s about creating musicians who understand what they play and develop valuable life-long learning skills.
